Jahesh, as an integrated innovation ecosystem in Iran, offers a diverse portfolio of infrastructures and services including “Park” (two co-working spaces with a capacity of over 150 people in East and West Tehran), “Academy,” “Events,” “Open Innovation Platform/Competitions,” “Investment,” and “Solution Lab,” alongside its “Media” arm. To date, Jahesh has reported 40,000+ direct beneficiaries, 85+ events, and 12,000+ square meters of innovation space. The goal of the collaboration was to redesign the digital experience, making key user journeys more clear, streamlined, and scalable: registering and submitting solutions in innovation competitions, browsing and enrolling in academy courses, viewing and booking events, submitting investment proposals, and more. Following Webrokh’s standard process, we carried out activities such as stakeholder interviews, competitive audit, user personas and goal definition, user stories, features and UX design solutions, IA templates, documentation, and detailed execution planning—resulting in a user-centric, cohesive platform that strengthens engagement across Jahesh’s ecosystem.
