Iran's Premier Directory & Magazine for Weddings and Events

Gvent set out to be Iran's go-to platform for weddings and events — part directory of venues, vendors and services, part magazine where couples and planners could actually figure out what they want. The product brings together the suppliers and the stories behind a celebration in one place, making the planning side of events feel less like detective work. When the team came to Webrokh in 2025, they had a clear thesis and a market that was crying out for something better. Wedding and event planning in Iran was scattered across Instagram pages, word of mouth and outdated directories — vendors didn't have great tools to present themselves, and couples were stitching together their plans from a dozen mismatched sources. Gvent needed a product that could organize this messy ecosystem without losing the warmth of the moment it serves. Webrokh joined Gvent as its product design partner for the foundational phase. We mapped out the platform's two sides — the couples and planners discovering, and the vendors being discovered — and shaped a directory and magazine experience that felt as personal as the events themselves. The work laid down the product foundation that the later development phase would build on.
