Smart Financial Tools for Iranian Businesses

Hamrah Lotus is the digital companion platform of Lotus, designed to bring the company's financial services into a streamlined experience for Iranian businesses and their teams. The platform consolidates account management, transactions, and reporting into a single, accessible interface for everyday business operations. As Hamrah Lotus prepared to expand the scope of its product and serve a more diverse base of business users, the team sought a structured engagement to clarify user journeys, surface friction points across the existing experience, and align the platform's roadmap with both business goals and end-user needs. In collaboration with Webrokh, the project focused on a consulting and service design engagement aligned with the platform's fintech roadmap. Through stakeholder workshops, ecosystem mapping, and user research, key priorities such as journey clarity, role-based workflows, and a unified interaction language were identified and documented to guide future implementation.
