The City in Your Hands — Iran's Trusted Real Estate Platform

Kilid is one of Iran's most trusted real estate platforms — the place people turn to when they're looking for an apartment to rent, a home to buy, or simply trying to understand what's happening in their local market. The product brings agents, listings and buyers together in one ecosystem, with a web app and user panel that thousands of users move through every month. By 2024, the team was ready for a serious product design overhaul. The product had grown organically over the years and the experience showed it: flows that had once felt simple were now tangled with edge cases, the design language was uneven from one corner of the site to the next, and the kinds of users the platform now needed to serve — first-time renters, professional agents, frequent buyers — all deserved something more thoughtful. Webrokh joined Kilid as its product design partner for this UX/UI engagement. We rebuilt the core journeys from the ground up, brought a consistent design system across the website and user panel, and shaped the experience around the actual ways Iranians search for and decide on a home. The work laid down the foundation that Kilid's later phases would continue to grow from.
