Tivani is a fintech product built around a simple promise: the money you've earned should be there when you need it. As an Earned Wage Access and lending platform, Tivani gives Iranian employees a way to access part of their already-earned salary before payday, and works with employers and partners to make those transactions seamless on both sides. When the founders came to Webrokh in 2024, EWA was still a relatively new idea in the Iranian market. Users had to be convinced it was safe and fair, employers had to be convinced it was easy to integrate, and the regulator was watching closely. Tivani needed a product experience that could carry all of those weights at once — clear, calm, and confident in a category where trust is everything. Webrokh joined Tivani as its product design partner for the foundational engagement. Over six months, we shaped the product across the website, mobile app, web app and user panel — building the journeys for employees taking their first advance, the dashboards employers actually use, and the operational tools the team relies on behind the scenes. The work gave Tivani a product that could grow with the category it was helping to build.
