Operating with a B2C model, the company provides users with a dedicated wallet, a mobile application, and educational content tailored to both traders and investors. In the highly competitive crypto exchange market, Exonyx—after its initial product design phase—sought continuous optimization to preserve a seamless user experience while strategically introducing new features to strengthen its digital presence. Webrokh partnered with Exonyx through comprehensive stakeholder interviews, weekly alignment sessions, and in-depth analysis of the business model, target user needs (from beginner and advanced traders to investors and payment partners), and product/service features. Addressing market competition and UX challenges, we led a full redesign of the platform and continue to collaborate with the Exonyx in-house team on ongoing review, analysis, and iterative improvements.
