The City in Your Hands

Kilid is one of Iran's most trusted real estate platforms — the place people turn to when they're looking for an apartment to rent, a home to buy, or simply trying to understand what's happening in their local market. By 2025, the product had grown into a busy ecosystem of listings, agents and buyers, and was ready for the next chapter. Phase 2 was about taking what was already working and pushing it further. The team needed to refine the core experience, layer in the new flows and tools that had been on the roadmap, and keep the product feeling cohesive even as it grew more capable. With more agents, more listings and more user behaviors to support, a careful product design effort was the difference between a platform that scales gracefully and one that quietly gets harder to use. Webrokh continued with Kilid as its product design partner, this time on a dedicated Product Design as a Service engagement. We worked alongside the in-house team on day-to-day design across the website and user panel, kept the new flows aligned with existing patterns, and helped shape decisions where product strategy and interaction details met. Phase 2 left Kilid with a more mature, more confident version of the product, ready for whatever the market throws at it next.
