Bisti is one of Iran's growing crypto and currency exchanges, built around the idea that trading should feel as simple and trustworthy as any other everyday financial app. The P2P side of the product lets users buy and sell currency directly with each other, with Bisti handling the trust, the matching and the safety layer between them. For the dedicated P2P product design effort, the team came to Webrokh with a clear goal: take what was already a working exchange and shape the peer-to-peer experience into something a first-time user could navigate without hesitation. P2P trading flows are notoriously dense — listings, orders, escrow, dispute resolution, identity checks — and the existing product needed a clearer, more confident way of walking people through them. Webrokh joined Bisti as a product design partner on the P2P side. We dug into the actual journeys of buyers and sellers, looked at where trust broke down or hesitation crept in, and reworked the flows so that the safety mechanisms felt visible rather than hidden behind jargon. The result is a P2P experience that respects the seriousness of what users are doing while still feeling approachable enough for newcomers.
